A strong knowledge of the human body has prepared him well to work with clients from all backgrounds. Ramón specialises in long-term weight loss, strength & conditioning, boxing & rehabilitation.

Adrian used to be a professional football player who played First and Second League in Romania and for the Youth National Team.

Adrian reflects his passion for sport through his training and teaching. Adrian is determined to help and assist anyone in achieving their goals from general fitness, healthier lifestyle to Sports Performance.

He is specialized in Rehabilitation, Strength and Conditioning and injury prevention. Adrian is working from pro Athletes to general population to help them to enhance their potential in a healthier and safer way.
