  • Initial consultation and training session (90 minutes) - £150

Marathon / 5km / 10km running programme

A personalised programme tailor-made just for you, based on your aims and current fitness levels. After an initial consultation and fitness assessment with your personal trainer, a schedule will be devised to help you reach your specific goals.

Your personal trainer will complete gait assessment, heel strike analysis, running techniques, race nutrition and strategy.

Summits

A personalised plan tailor-made just for you, based on your aims and current fitness levels. After an initial consultation and fitness assessment with your personal trainer, a programme will be devised to help you reach your specific goals.

Your personal trainer will compile a full climbing programme and provide advice on equipment, clothing, nutrition, posture and techniques.

With a holistic approach to wellbeing and fitness, Elisa is a Level 3 personal trainer with a Sport Science degree focusing on postural analysis, rehabilitation and pilates. Elisa specialises in weight loss management, body conditioning, strength and endurance.

Qualifications:

With a passion for training, coming from a semi-professional football, boxing and track and field background, Edward has been certified by some of the worlds leading fitness institution and takes pride in providing bespoke, transformative and fun sessions for each of his clients… he makes it his goal for them to reach their optimum level of fitness.

QUALIFICATIONS

Jelena has professional swimming and mountain biking experience, both sports include high intensity and coordination of the body. With years of practice and ever-growing appetite for more knowledge and sharing it with her clients, she is a highly motivational person who will take your goal like her own. Jelena specialises in Strength and Conditioning, increasing Stamina, Kickboxing and Anaerobic endurance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Mark Anthony brings an extensive background in Sports and Conditioning, with a passion for nutrition.
