Park Power

Guided by one of our expert personal trainers but governed by your own pace, this workout will entail aspects of aerobic exercise to raise your heart rate and boost the ‘feel good’ hormones in the beautiful St. James' Park. The jog or walk will include regular stops for light stretches and specific mobility exercises designed to improve posture and reduce the risk of injury.

This training will leave you feeling invigorated and energised as you head back to ESPA Life to wind down. Using specific visualisation techniques our trainers will induce complete mental, physical and emotional relaxation. You will emerge refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of your day.

River Rush

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and step out with one of our highly qualified personal trainers for a scenic run along the South Bank of the River Thames. Much more than just a run, the workout will incorporate bouts of high intensity exercise which is proven to be the most effective way of reducing body fat.

Whilst taking in the city skyline, our trainers will help and advise on running techniques and breathing patterns throughout. Ease down over one of London’s landmark bridges and step back into the calm of ESPA Life, changing tack as the intensity lowers and attention naturally shifts to mindfulness and breathing techniques that our trainers will employ to ease any mental and muscular tensions.
